Paul Vanden Boogard (Theseus) has been a part of community theater for over twenty three years, and has performed in over thirty productions throughout his acting career, enjoying the challenges that each new character presents. Among his favorites are the role of Virgil, the guitar playing cowboy, in “Bus Stop,” and the concierge in the musical “She Loves Me.” Having never done Shakespeare before, he is both honored and intimidated to have been chosen for the role of Theseus in “A Midsummer Night’s Dream,” and to be working with such a fantastic cast and crew. Aside from his love for theater, he is an avid gardener, a published author and lyricist, and the bass player for the musical group ColdSweatFolkRock.
