Marisa Darcourt (Hippolyta/Fairy) is in her first production with Vintage Theatre. She is generally a fan of Shakespeare but particularly enjoys the complex layers of silliness that comprise “A Midsummer Night’s Dream.” While in the past she has had difficulty appreciating her taller than average frame, she is glad to finally put her height to good use as Hippolyta, Queen of the Amazons. Marisa is quite new to the community theatre scene but her most recent role was Princess Mary in Attic Chamber Theatre’s production of “Crown Matrimonial”. Marisa would like to thank her mother, without whose help and support she would not be able to pursue her newfound love of theatre performance.
